West Mount Vets - Todmorden

following some disagrements with my old vets im now after a new ferret freindly vet, been told about west mount vets in todmorden but just wondering if anyone on here uses them? im told their good and after a few enquiries with them i think they know about ferrets but i always prefer to go on personal experience if possible. thanks in advance

Same vets but I go to the Pellon Lane branch in Halifax. I wasn't impressed when one of my Gills (see taxidermy article) escaped and got mauled by a dog. They sent her home with a mild cat painkiller called metacam which is used for arthritis/rheumatism. They refused to give me any pre-filled syringes of morphine or whatever they used overnight on her. I didn't feel it was strong enough and that they were cruel sending her home insufficiently medicated. She died 24 hours later!
Good with dogs and cats though.
